Planned interventions are used in organizational development (OD) to improve employee well-being and effectiveness. OD can incorporate preparation and advancement programs, authority advancement, group building drives, and interaction upgrades. The objective of OD is to work on the presentation of the association by improving the abilities, information, and capacities of its employer. OD mediations can be started by the board or mentioned by employer. A collaborative and participatory approach that involves all stakeholders is necessary for OD initiatives to be successful.
